Fabrizio Carbon - Executive Producer

Producer of television, live events and theatrical musicals for over 25 years and CEO of Teatro delle Erbe and Teatro Derby.
Fabrizio’s hits in Italy and Europe include Peter Pan the Musical, Divine Comedy L’Opera, Hair, Siddhartha the Musical, An American in Paris, and many others.

Simone Genatt - Executive Director

Is the Chairperson and Co-Founder of Broadway International Group and Broadway Asia, among the largest global production, management and distribution companies of live entertainment. Over the last 20 years, Simone has been responsible for shows in over 40 countries on 5 continents and in more than 60 cities in Mainland China.  Productions include: An American in Paris; Anastasia; Amelie; The Sound of Music; Cinderella; The Producers; Hairspray; The Great Comet; Rock of Ages; Murder Ballad; COOKIN’/NANTA; Ice Age Live; Immersive Doctor Who and Immersive Great Gatsby among many others.  Simone is a graduate of Stanford University, and a founding member and Chairman Emeritus of Urban Arts Partnership, one the largest inner city arts education companies in New York City.

Marc Routh - Producing Director

Is a 7-time Tony winner whose Broadway and West End credits include The Producers and Hairspray.  Highlights of his 35 plus year career include The Sound of Music, Smokey Joe’s Café, Swing!, Angels in America, Company, Sweeney Todd, Gypsy, An American in Paris and Amelie.  He is President of Broadway International Group and Broadway Asia International.  He has been a professor at Brooklyn College for 27 years, is the recipient of the Robert Whitehead Award as Outstanding Commercial Theatre Producer, was inducted into the NYU Entrepreneurs Hall of Fame, and served as the president of The League of Off-Broadway Theatres and Producers for 8 years.

Diego Montrone - Artistic Director

Conductor, pianist, and President of Galdus, one of the most important professional training centers in Italy.
Diego conceived and created Il Canto delle Guglie, one of the most exciting and daring artistic projects in recent years, which was staged around the world.
He has also managed several symphonic seasons in Milan’s Verdi hall, collaborating with some of the most prestigious and internationally renowned soloists and orchestras.

Jessica R. Jenen - General Manager

Has been a producer/theatrical manager for 30 years. Currently Vice President, Senior General Manager of Broadway International Group. Upcoming West End Producer of Get Up, Stand Up: The Bob Marley Musical; Broadway: Company; An Evening With Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin; Venus in Fur (Tony nomination), which was the most produced new play in America in 2014. As Executive Producer of THE BROADWAY COMPANY with partner Jon B. Platt, Broadway credits include: I’ll Eat You Last, The Heiress, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Death of a Salesman, Clybourne Park, Nice Work If You Can Get It.
